Ingredients :
- 100 gram maida(மைதா)
- 1 banana
- 3 cardamom(ஏலக்காய்)
- 4 table spoon sugar
Preparing Method :
- Put all ingredients in a mixer jar, add half cup of water and grind it finely like a paste.
- Transfer it into a bowl.
- Keep a frying pan on the stove and pour enough oil.
- Take the mixture in a spoon & drop it in the heated oil.
- Allow the suyyam fry up to brownish color.
- Take the suyyam and put into the strainer.

Tips :
If u like, you can add jaggery(வெல்லம்) instead of sugar
