INGREDIENTS:
- Curry leaves – as needed
- Chopped onion – 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tea spoon
- Chopped Tomato – 1 cup
- Grated coconut – 1 cup
- Pepper – 1 tea spoon
- Anise – 1 tea spoon
- Cumin seeds – 1 tea spoon
- Lamb Lungs (Mutton lungs) – 1
- Turmeric Powder – 1 tea spoon
PREPARATION OF COCONUT PASTE:
- Add grated coconut, anise, cumin seeds, pepper with green chili in to the Mixie jar
- Grind it to a nice paste
BOILING LAMB LUNGS:
- Add the Lamb lungs to the cooker
- Boil it for 10 minutes in High flame
- Make the boiled lamb lungs into small pieces
PREPARATION OF LAMB LUNGS:
- Put a pan on the stove and add 2 tea spoons of oil
- Add curry leaves, chopped onion and roast it
- Add Ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato and mix it well
- Add the chopped lamb pieces to it
- Add turmeric powder
- Add the coconut paste prepared
- Add salt for taste and a cup of water
- Allow to boil for 10 minutes in the high flame
- Add coriander leaves
- Switch off the Stove and serve it
