Ingredients:
- Ragi flour – 1 cup
- Chopped Onion – ½ cup
- Chopped Pieces – 1 tab spoon
- Drum stick greens – ¼ cup
- Salt, anise – ¼ tea spoon
- Chili powder – ¼ spoon
Preparation:
- Take a bowl. Put ragi flour in it and add salt.
- Add chopped onion, coconut, greens, salt and anise.
- Then add chili powder. Add 1 cup water and knead it thoroughly.
- Put a dosai tawa on stove. Spread the flour in the tawa and pour 1 tea spoon gingili oil
- Then turn the adai other side.
