Ginger Chutney | 2 minutes ready| Reduce Cholesterol, Gastric problem, Bile, Alzheimers's

Ginger chutney - Preparation with 2 minutes is shown below


Ingredients required:

Chopped ginger - 25 grams
Grated coconut - Half cup
Tamirand - Small pinch
Oli – 2 tea spoons
Red Chili - 5 numbers

Preparation:

1. Add 2 tea spoons of gingili oil to the vessel
2. Add chopped ginger and roast it well until it turns to brown color
3. Add Red chili, tamarind, grated coconut, salt as required and roast it well
4. Put these roasted ingredients in to the mixie jar and grind it well
5. Now the easy and quick Ginger chutney is ready

Can be served with:

Idli
Dosa
