Chicken Leg piece fry | Chicken 65


INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken – half kg
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Lemon – half piece
  • Curd – 2 table spoon
  • Oil – as required

 PREPARATION:

  1. Add turmeric powder into the chicken
  2. Add red chili, salt, ginger garlic paste and mix it well
  3. Squeeze lemon and add curd
  4. Mix it well and keep it for 15 minutes
  5. Add oil on the pan and boil it
  6. Add Leg piece into the pan and wait for golden brown color

Chicken Gravy - Home made

Chicken Gravy - with a preparation of grandmother style.



INGREDIENTS:

  •     Cinnamon – 4 pieces
  •     Cardamom – 3 Nos.
  •     Clove – 7 Nos.
  •     Anise – as needed
  •     Onion – 1 cup
  •     Cumin seeds – as needed
  •     Pepper – as needed
  •     Red chili – 8 Nos.
  •     Garlic – 10 Nos.
  •     Ginger – 8 Nos.
  •     Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
  •     Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon
  •     Onion (chopped) – half cup
  •     Tomato (chopped) – half cup
  •     Chicken – 1 kg


PREPARATION:

Masala preparation:

  1.     Add Oil (1 table spoon), cinnamon, Cardamom, Clove, Anise and roast it well
  2.     Add Onion, Cumin seeds, Pepper, Red chili and roast it well
  3.     Add Garlic, Ginger and roast till gets golden brown color
  4.     Add Turmeric powder, Coriander powder and mix well
  5.     Switch off the stove, transfer it to a plate and then cool it
  6.     Grind it to a fine paste


Preparation of gravy:

  1.     Switch on the stove and add oil (2 table spoon), Curry leaves,         
  2.     Onion and roast it well
  3.     Add tomato and smash it well
  4.     Add Chicken (1 kg) and mix it well
  5.     Add a glass of water and cook it in the High flame
  6.     Add the grinded paste (masala paste) to the vessel
  7.     Add crystal salt (as needed) and boil it nicely
  8.     Add Oil (1 table spoon) and switch off the stove and it ready for serving

Seasoning Buttermilk – with organic ingredients on the style of preparation from Grandmother’s Recipe. Buttermilk is a healthy, refreshing coolant that lowers body heat, especially when the temperature is soaring and the sun is beating down relentlessly. INGREDIENTS:

  Curd – 1 cup
  Oil – 1 tea spoon
  Mustard seeds – 1 pinch
  Cumin seeds – 1 pinch
  Red chili – 4 nos.
  Coriander leaves – as needed
  Asafoetida powder – 1 pinch
  Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon

PREPARATION:

  Add Curd into the mixie jar and grind it
  Transfer it to the vessel and add a glass of water
  Add Salt and mix it well
  Keep a pan on the Stove and add a spoon of oil
  Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, coriander leaves,  red chili and roast it
  Add asafoetida powder, turmeric powder and roast it
  Add the roasted ingredients into the buttermilk and mix it.
