Moong Dhal Pudding (Dessert ) - Easter special
INGREDIENTS:
- Moong Dhal – 1 cup
- Jaggery – 1 cup
- Rice – 1 cup
- Grated coconut – as needed
- Cardamom – 5 nos.
- Ghee – 3 table spoon
- Peanut – 1 cup
- Milk – 1 glass
PREPARATION:
- Add moong dhal to the pan and roast it
- Change it to a cooker and place it on the stove
- Add water (2 glass) and close it with a lid
- Simmer for 10 minutes and mix it
- Add water (1 glass), Jaggery into the vessel and mix it well
- Add rice, grated coconut, cardamom (5 nos), water (1 glass) and grind it in a mixie jar
- Add the grinded mixture to the cooker and mix it well
- Add water (1 glass) and filter the jaggery liquid to the cooker
- Add Salt (1 pinch) and boil at high flame
- Add Ghee (3 tsp), peanut (1 cup), chopped coconut and mix it well
- Add this roasted ingredients to the moong dhal pudding (dessert) and milk (1 glass)
