Fish Kulambu

Fish Kulambu



INGREDIENTS:

  • Gingili Oil - 5 tbsp
  • Anise
  • Fenugreek
  • Green Chili
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Chili Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Tamarind Water
  • Crystal Salt

PREPARATION:

  1. Add Gingili Oil to the pot
  2. Add Anise & Fenugreek to the heated oil and curry leaves to it
  3. Add Green Chili, Garlic, Onion and roast it well for 5 minute
  4. Add chopped tomato, garlic and grind it in the mixture grinder and then add Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Tamarind Water, Water, Crystal Salt and add it to the pot
  5. Boil it for 5 minutes and add fishes to it
  6. Boil it for another 10 minutes and its ready to eat
