Lamb Brain Curry



Lamb Brain Curry – Easy and quick Lamb Brain Curry recipe with preparation and its benefits available below. It is also called as Mutton Brain Curry (or) Goat Brain Curry.

Ingredients:

⦁ Anise - 1 tea spoon
⦁ Cinnamon - 1 piece
⦁ Curry Leaves - as needed
⦁ Green chili - 2 piece
⦁ Onion - 1 cup
⦁ Tomato - 1 cup
⦁ Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tea spoon
⦁ Lamb Brains - 3 nos.
⦁ Turmeric Powder - as needed
⦁ Red chili powder - as needed

Preparation:

⦁ Place the Pan on the Stove and Switch on the Stove
⦁ Add Anise, Cinnamon, Curry Leaves, Green chili and roast it
⦁ Add Onion, Tomato, Ginger Garlic Paste, Lamb Brains, Turmeric Powder, Red chili powder
⦁ Add a glass of water and salt for taste
⦁ Close it with Lid and Boil it for 5 minutes in High flame
⦁ Cut the Lamb Brains into a pieces and mix it well with masala
⦁ Add the chopped coconut to get the flavour
⦁ Add Coriander leaves
⦁ Lamb Brain Curry is ready

    Soya Bean Balls - with 2 minutes preparation and its benefits from Grandmother recipe

Ingredients:

  • Soya bean balls – 1 cup
  • Red chili powder – 1 tea spoon
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon


Preparation:

  1. Boil the water and add Soya balls into it
  2. Let it soak for 5 minutes
  3. Squeeze the Soya to remove the excess water
  4. Add red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt on soya and mix it with hand
  5. Place Pan on the stove and add gingili oil, mustard seeds and Soya balls
  6. Fry it for 2-3 minutes on mild heat

Lamb Lung Masala | Home made

Lamb Lung Masala - Preparation with grandmother magic recipe which provides us energy especially the growing kids. It can be server with Idli, dosai and rice, etc.


Benefits of this dish:

·         As a rich source of highly available iron, lamb may help prevent anemia.
·         Lamb is a rich source of many vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B12 and zinc.
·         As an excellent source of high-quality protein, lamb may promote the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Curry leaves – as needed
  • Chopped onion – 1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tea spoon
  • Chopped Tomato – 1 cup
  • Grated coconut – 1 cup
  • Pepper – 1 tea spoon
  • Anise – 1 tea spoon
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tea spoon
  • Lamb Lungs (Mutton lungs) – 1
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tea spoon

PREPARATION OF COCONUT PASTE:

  1. Add grated coconut, anise, cumin seeds, pepper with green chili in to the Mixie jar
  2. Grind it to a nice paste

BOILING LAMB LUNGS:

  1. Add the Lamb lungs to the cooker
  2. Boil it for 10 minutes in High flame
  3. Make the boiled lamb lungs into small pieces

PREPARATION OF LAMB LUNGS:

  1. Put a pan on the stove and add 2 tea spoons of oil
  2. Add curry leaves, chopped onion and roast it
  3. Add Ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato and mix it well
  4. Add the chopped lamb pieces to it
  5. Add turmeric powder
  6. Add the coconut paste prepared
  7. Add salt for taste and a cup of water
  8. Allow to boil for 10 minutes in the high flame
  9. Add coriander leaves
  10. Switch off the Stove and serve it

Ingredients needed:

  • Custard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Red chili
  • Onion Chopped
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Lamb Blood (Fresh)
  • Turmeric powder
  • Grated coconut

Preparation:

  1. Switch on the Stove
  2. Add 2 spoons of Oil and boil it
  3. Add Custard seeds
  4. Add Curry Leaves
  5. Add Red chili and roast it
  6. Add chopped Onion
  7. Add Ginger Garlic Paste
  8.  Add Lamb Blood (Goat Blood (or) Mutton Blood) and roast it
  9. Add Turmeric Powder
  10. Add Salt as needed
  11. Chop it nicely
  12. Add Grated coconut

Organic Ginger Tea in 2 minutes | Home made | Good for Heart, Head ache/Cholesterol

Organic Ginger Tea - preparation in 2 minutes with 3 easy simple steps using 4 ingredients.


Ingredients needed:

  •   Chopped ginger – 1 table spoon
  •   Cumin seeds – 1 table spoon
  •   Lemon – Half piece
  •   Salt – a pinch

Preparation:

  1. Add chopped ginger, Cumin seeds, pinch of salt into a mixie jar and grind it
  2. Place a vessel on the stove and add a glass of water in to the vessel
  3. Add the grinded ginger paste
  4. Mix it well and let it boil for 2 -3 minutes
  5. Squeeze a lemon and switch off the stove
  6. Filter the drink and have it

  • Sesame seeds – 5 table spoon
  • Red chili – 6 numbers
  • Grated coconut – half cup
  • Tamarind – Small pinch

Preparation:

  1. Keep the Vessel on the stove

  3. Add red chili, grated coconut and a small pinch of tamirand
  4. Add Crystal salt as needed and roast it well
