Potato Fry
INGREDIENTS:
- Potato (chopped) - 4 nos (or) 1 cup
- Gingili Oil - 2 table spoon
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tea spoon
- Bengal Gram - 1 table spoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
- Chilli powder - 1 tea spoon
PREPARATION:
- Add Gingili Oil into the vessel and heat it.
- Add Mustard seeds, Bengal Gram and chopped potato into the vessels
- Fry it and add crystal salt of 1 tea spoon, turmeric powder of 1 pinch
- Add chilli powder and fry it
